Do you accept Medicare Advantage Plans?

We do not accept Medicare Advantage Plans. If you have a Medicare Advantage Plan, you might be able to see me as an out of network provider. You or I will need to contact them to find out the benefits that you are entitled to.

Do you provide superbills?

YES! We provide superbills for you to file for your out of network reimbursement.

Are you a home health provider?

No. I am considered an outpatient therapist who comes to your house. If you are receiving ANY home health services, you may elect to see me on the side for adjunct direct-payment personal training.

I am a direct-payment client. Do you offer discounts for packages?

I do offer packages that can result in significant savings. Ask me about them.

How do I pay?

I accept all major forms of payment.
